Three Killed In Russian Strike On Eastern Ukraine City | Russia Vs Ukraine War Updates LIVE | News18

Survivors of a Russian missile strike that killed three people in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kostiantynivka on Saturday (January 28) dug through rubble as the regional governor vowed those responsible would be punished.

Regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko said two others were wounded in the strike on a residential neighbourhood not far from the front line, which also damaged four apartment buildings and a hotel.
