Coronavirus: Questions around how Canada will enforce new rules for air passengers
In an effort to curb the continuing coronavirus crisis, Canada is requiring all air passengers to obtain a negative COVID-19 test three days before arriving in the country.
The test must be a PCR test – considered the gold standard of COVID-19 tests, and must processed in a lab.
The number of COVID-19 infections hit new highs in Canada on Wednesday, with Ontario and Quebec reporting a record number of cases.
As Richard Zussman reports, there are questions about how and when the new rule will be enforced.
